Most recently at Virtru, an enterprise data security platform, I owned an encryption product from initial release through version 1.4 and led the design system across three SaaS surfaces that serve end users, administrators, and IT teams. Before that, at Fuselab, I redesigned the aviation industry's largest aircraft database, cutting task completion time by 50 percent, and launched a data visualization product for the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) that reduced recurring development work by 40 percent. Earlier, at Crunchyroll, I led design ops for a consumer streaming platform whose paid subscriber base grew by 2 million. AI agents support every stage of my design work. I brainstorm and clarify intent in LLMs, prototype in code with Claude Code and Next.js, and bring validated concepts into production.

  • Designed Secure Forms from scratch, a new admin-facing builder for creating and embedding encrypted forms on any website to receive messages and attachments. Extended file-level encryption to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) without requiring recipients to have a Virtru account.
  • Redesigned the Web Security Platform installation experience for organization administrators and IT managers, replacing a Command-Line Interface (CLI)-only flow with a guided setup that lets admins install without engineering support.
  • Built the design system underpinning three SaaS and cloud products, owned end-to-end from tokens through component APIs, and adopted by engineering as the shared source of truth across the portfolio.
